Bean Soup

-1pkg bean soup mix (pinto, large/baby lima, navy, kidney, black eye peas, green split pea, yellow split peas, barley, lentils.
-1 ham hock
-1 chopped onion
-8oz tomato juice
-1tbs lemon juice
-Salt and pepper

Wash and soak beans 2h. Drain add 6c. water and ham hock. Cook 2h. Add onion, tomato juice, salt and pepper simmer ½ hour.
