Polish Wedding Sausage

Arrange sausage in a circle in the bottom of a roasting pan. Pour just enough water down side of pan to cover sausage. Sprinkle 1/4 cup dark brown sugar on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. After 1 hr drain liquid until just enough to cover bottom of pan. Bake for 35 min, turning sausage half way through to brown both sides. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 min before cutting.
