Don't discard the kielbasa cooking water!

Chill the water after you have cooked your kielbasa, (it is a great stock for soups).
When chilled, skim-off the thin layer of fat that accumulates on the top of the water.
Separate into batches of approximately 4 cups.
Freeze in batches.

This is a delicious stock I use for potato soup or vegetable soup.
